  • For your convenience, we have divided the balance so you can make payments along the way. There is an eight-month payment, four-month payment, and a two-week final payment. Three weeks prior to your wedding you will provide us with your final guest count and pay the balance the following week.

  • The reservation deposit is 25% of your package total. The deposit will officially hold your date for you.

  • There are 24 pews. There are 22 full pews and 2 half pews.

  • The chapel and reception hall can accommodate up to 150 people.

  • Your vendors may deliver at your scheduled rental time.

  • You’re welcome to choose your own vendors. We’ll ask for your vendor list during your final appointment. If you need help finding vendors, feel free to ask—we’re happy to provide our list of recommended vendors.

  • Yes, open flame candles are allowed everywhere except down the chapel aisle. LED candles must be used down the aisle.

  • We're happy to set up tables and chairs on the deck! There is no extra charge for tables and chairs included in your guest count. However, if you request additional tables and chairs beyond your guest count, an additional fee will apply.

  • Yes, we do offer a weekday discount of $1,000 for all of our full ceremony and reception packages.

  • It is not required to provide meals for vendors included on your package. However, be mindful of vendors that are not included on your package, as they may require a meal to be provided.

  • You may bring your own centerpieces. Glass Chapel has glass centerpieces included on all full service packages.

  • Yes, you have access to the dressing rooms at your scheduled rental time. Please do not leave valuables unattended in the dressing rooms. Glass Chapel is not responsible for items left in the dressing rooms.

  • The aisle length is approximately 46 feet from the door to the first step of the stage. The aisle width is approximately 5 feet.

  • The Gazebo is 24 ft. x 24 ft. The opening to the Gazebo is 8’6″ (width) and 8’10″ (height).

  • You are welcome to bring your own decorations. We ask that you coordinate your decorations with the office. You must also include any set up you may need to do in your rental time.

  • Glass Chapel is a full-service facility. We are partnered with some of the best caterers in Tulsa. However, we do offer packages where you may select your own catering and additional vendors.

  • Glass Chapel hosts a sampling periodically. At these samplings, you may taste a selection of menu items. Invitations will be given to brides scheduled at Glass Chapel. However, private tastings are available at an additional cost and can be arranged through the Glass Chapel office.

  • Servers are included in most, but not all packages.

  • You are welcome to use fresh flowers for arrangements, bouquets, and boutonnieres. However, please do not use fresh flower petals for the flower girl to scatter. Fresh petals can damage the marble floor, and any resulting damage may incur charges in accordance with the contract guidelines.

  • Yes, but they cannot be hung with anything that would damage the pew. We recommend hanging with string or ribbon.

  • Yes, we do allow for you and your guests to enjoy alcoholic beverages at your event. For more information regarding our alcohol policy, please contact the office.

  • Yes, the wedding party is included in the guaranteed guest count.

  • Children five years old and under do not need to be included in the per-person count. However, please let us know how many children in this age group you expect so we can plan accordingly.

  • We offer both packages including a DJ or packages where you may select your own DJ.

  • All reception plans will be scheduled during the four-month and one-month appointment. Four months prior to your wedding, you will have a one-hour consultation to discuss some preliminary items and to give you an opportunity to ask questions. We welcome questions at any time before the scheduled one-month appointment.
